CEO America Inc. and Hypercom's HBNet Team Up to Speed Innovative Loyalty Program for Issuers, Retailers & Consumers

Creditz Digital Currency Card Gets High Speed and Security with HBNet Transaction Network

PHOENIX and BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Nov. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Global payment technology leader Hypercom Corporation's (NYSE: HYC) HBNet, Inc. subsidiary and loyalty program innovator CEO America, Inc. (OTC: PK.EXDI) have teamed to provide card issuer's and retailers with Creditz digital currency transactions and HBNet's high speed transaction delivery network. Effective immediately, Creditz digital currency card transaction processing will be completed at the point-of-interaction faster than ever before.

Creditz is the first and only international sub micro-payment system that exchanges cash from consumer to merchant, merchant to consumer, manufacturer to consumer, and consumer to consumer in stores, online and through cell phones, including payments under one cent. The innovative ubiquitous Creditz stored value digital currency card is now available to consumers, retailers and manufacturers throughout the US, Canada and United Kingdom. Demand is accelerating as brand name retailers realize the value added benefits they can now provide their consumers through the convenience and simplicity offered by the new revolutionary Creditz digital currency system.

"The Creditz stored value digital currency system, together with HBNet's incredibly fast transaction processing speed allows our resellers and their merchants to quickly generate the profit-generating benefits of our unique loyalty payment system at the point-of-sale," said Danny Gurizzan, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Technology Officer, CEO America Inc. "The HBNet high speed, high performance transaction delivery network with feature rich reporting drives the transaction processing faster than any other solution, and that spells faster service at the point-of-sale for consumers and added revenues for merchants."

"There is significant and escalating demand for transaction processing services and loyalty programs that meet the demands of today's fast-paced, no time for mail-in-rebates environment. Service providers and retailers nationwide can now meet that demand with Hypercom's high speed profit-building HBNet data transaction delivery network and CEO America's innovative digitalized currency system," said Sharon Cline, Senior Vice President and General Manager, HBNet. "This represents the latest in a series of business agreements that we have forged in the last few months alone, and the need and clear demand for Hypercom's HBNet high speed data communications service is escalating literally every day."

Creditz's Digital Currency Card converts loyalty points/miles and rebates into digital currency to purchase products. A customer purchases goods and services from a participating merchant and presents his or her Creditz account card. The merchant immediately loads applicable loyalty Creditz and manufacturer's rebates onto the card and, as the points and rebates accrue, the customer can then use the card to purchase additional products at any participating merchant. Demand for the innovative loyalty payment system is accelerating sharply as more and more brand name retailers sign up to offer their customers value, flexibility and convenience inherent in the Creditz account card.

Hypercom's high performance HBNet network for North America's dial and IP POS market speeds the authorization and processing of electronic transactions. The advanced HBNet transaction network is powered by Hypercom's ultra high-density MegaNAC®180 Network Access Controllers (NACs), which are strategically positioned within the North American Public Switching Telephone Network (PSTN) and at processor data centers.

HBNet provides unparalleled resiliency, fail-over and transaction overflow capabilities. It delivers continuous, uninterrupted service, seamless load balances, and is constructed to have no single point-of-failure. The network also incorporates a Web-based facility for processors to quickly access a rich array of statistical information. Data can be displayed in a variety of ways or mined in detail for trend analysis. Trending and exception analysis lets processors quickly detect unusual transaction activity and take appropriate, proactive action. Hypercom's HBNet network is designed to provide an unprecedented grade of service.
